kNNGraph package version issue

I met many issues when I tried to build a conda environment for scFEA, most of them are issues related to package version, like 
`AttributeError: 'kNNGraph' object has no attribute '_knn_tree'. Did you mean: 'knn_tree'?`
Can anyone show me a package list with workable version?
