The results are populated by zero.
Only changing the parameters LAMB_NG,LAMB_CELL, LAMB_MOD, I reported values.

LAMB_BA = 1
LAMB_NG = 0
LAMB_CELL = 0
LAMB_MOD = 0

Unfortunately I do not think this it is the right move
