Minified versions are using the old CDN for 2.0

Go here:

And you'll notice this string:

`"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/hanzi-writer-data@".concat("2.0","/").concat(t,".json")`

This file no longer exists, and this is for minifed version 3.1.0.
