Reason for disagreement: There are 6 halls in NUS: Eusoff, KE7, KR, Sheares, Raffles and Temasek. Out of these 6, at least 2 halls have more than five blocks:

1. KE7. Sources: Instagram, website
2. Raffles. Sources: official website, open day brochure, Instagram

Reason for disagreement: Out of the 6 halls in NUS, at least 2 (one-third) have more than 5 blocks. Users from halls with more than 5 blocks might routinely have residents that they cannot classify according to the current block specifications which only allow for blocks A to E. Hence, this is definitely not a purely cosmetic flaw and a severity.Medium type is warranted.
