Graph in summarise cannot support a lot of faculties

Added covid positive students from many different faculties and entered summarise. Some faculties have the same color in the legend and the graph doesn't reflect faculties beyond the first seven.

Reason for disagreement: Looking at the definitions of severity.Low and severity.Medium, a severity.Low issue is defined as one that appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor convenience only. However, given the large number (hundreds) of hall residents users have to manage, it is very unlikely that all students belong to so few faculties that the graph is able to show all faculties. Thus, this is not a very rare situation.

Furthermore, although Tracey does respond in the main window, it is rather inconvenient to scroll all the way down to see the information. There is also no warning that the bar chart may be wrong for large number of faculties, and since the pie charts and bar chart appear in a pop-up window that obscures the main window, users might not notice that the information provided is wrong and come away mistaken. Thus, overall I believe that this should be a severity.Medium rather than a severity.Low issue.
