[bug] Individual page only opens the "Add Org" dialog once

How to replicate:

1. Go to any individual.
2. Click "Add" in the Organization section.
3. Dismiss the dialog
4. Click "Add" in the Organization section, again.

The expected behavior for step 4 is that the dialog shows up, again. Unfortunately, the button seems to have lost its functionality.
