Why is this topic important? How will this help people improve their open source project and / or community? Who will benefit from this guide?
The idea for this guide is to take the content from the 5 viability metrics models (StarterCompliance + Security, Governance, Community Engagement, and Strategy along with the 3 blog posts that @GaryPWhite developed and turn them into a new practitioner guide. Hopefully with some help from Gary if he has time :)
