missing python-myst-parser dependency

Thanks for all the work so far, it seems that llvm-git PKGBUILD needs to be updated to include python-myst-parser as makedep whenever possible. Definitely not an expert on this, but looking at lib32-llvm-git, seems that missing dep might be why.
