PCSX2 has nightly releases that are not replicated in the upstream nixpkgs package. The Flatpak version of PCSX2 gets updates several times a week. A package in chaotic-nyx would bring that experience to Nix users.

Needs plutosvg (https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/blob/717f370be067e204985f622fa7f1aa47779b1745/cmake/SearchForStuff.cmake#L23) which is not yet packaged for Nixpkgs: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/96ec055edbe5ee227f28cdbc3f1ddf1df5965102/pkgs/by-name/sd/sdl3-ttf/package.nix#L47. Currently lives in a PR NixOS/nixpkgs#410666. I'll give it some time to evolve.
