Cancelled: Chapel project meetings on 2025-12-23 and 2025-12-30

Due to holiday vacation schedules in the US, the normal weekly meetings for Dec 23 and Dec 30 2025 will be cancelled, with our next meeting being on January 6, 2026.

I'd like to talk about three language semantic questions.

• Do we allow x && y for x, y non-bool? (eg, x : owned C?, x : int?)
• Should we allow distinct child classes (eg different subclasses of Error) to be returned from a function with an inferred return type?
• Is the current interplay between forwarding and POI correct?
