This project is awesome! I've been waiting for something like this to happen. I've been playing around with it for a while and I like how everything works.
I wonder if it's possible to check which relations are associated with a type and also if it's possible to set relations when creating new notes.

For now, it is not possible to work with anything related to Relations. The code already exists on the anytype-client side, but anytype-heart must implement the API to allow complete interactions with the Anytype app.

I am following what they are doing, and this will be implemented when they implement it :).

Spread the word hehe, maybe they could do it faster, I also want it!

I am pretty new to Anytype but have a solid python experience. And worked a lot with Obsidian.

What I am looking to build is a static website generator using Jinja for rendering and data in Anytype as the source

I think this project will enable this and that's awesome.

I hope we get access to relationships soon to make it even more powerful, in the meantime listing should suffice

Hi @muehlt,

1. I believe custom relations are not yet supported by the anytype-heart API. So, this will not be supported by anytype-client either.
2. Hehehe, sorry about that! I added a print after importing all my PDF notes and organizing them, so I did it manually. (PDF metadata isn’t good enough yet to enable these things). I will update the image soon.

you're correct, custom relations are not supported yet, but will be as the api evolves further.

this initial version just focuses on basic features, primarily data retrieval, as demonstrated by the raycast extension

Do you have a feeling of how quick the API is evolving? Is it a very recent development, right?

it's still in its early stages but in active development. we're gradually adding more endpoints and capabilities, to refine the foundation before actually anouncing api publicly. btw, just started implementing interactions with collections today. i'll look into custom relations soon :)
