Kode-Runner website and documentation

Currently, using Kode-Runner is a bit limited at the moment due to half created documentation or no documentation at all.

I'm currently working on some simple documentation for Kode-Runner which should allow the user to read up on any crutial infomation that they may have missed or just learn how to use it in general.

a static site will be provided to allow users to read up on documentation on how the server does it's things aswell based on the version of the server.

logging dependencies swell is a nightmare due to all the languages plus python packages we need to have so using a version tracker or documenting the key things is also a good start to a great time using Kode-Runner
