[local] methods cause timeline to fail to display all entry methods thereafter #58

After converting 2 functions to [local], not only to they not appear in timeline, no other entry methods after them are displayed in timeline.
The affected entry methods are still displayed in other views, such as time profile and overview.
see /dcsdata/home/bohm/prj.idlespec.3666231.ifsched.65536.12.16 for traces exhibiting this behavior. Look at the last 5 seconds of the run to see the area of concern.
