Feature Request: Ability to annotate a single bar

The possibility to draw a line on specific bars. This feature was already implemented in v2 (here), by setting the onlyForDataIndex field. This worked on both horizontal and vertical bars. Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available in the newer version of this plugin. It would be great to see it back in v3!

Already possible, though you'll need to manually adjust for categoryPercentage, barPercentage and number of bars per category
