EDIT: Permission names are not accurate

Seems like the command just doesn't exist? I can't run it from any context, other commands do work.

EDIT: I found the issue. These permissions are not correct:

cobblemonextras.command.emptybox

The actual permission for luck perms is

cobblemonextras.cobblemonextras.command.emptybox
