我是使用mcp-go的开源框架中的mcphost直接调用的，基本上的配置和提供的配置一样，也是本地直接启动调用。client也是使用mcp-go里面提供的代码例子改的。
vscode和cline continue都可以调起来。

在命令行内运行，会报错AMAP_MAPS_API_KEY environment variable is not set是什么原因呢？key是填好的，也加上了cmd/c

跟你一样，百度的npx正常，绿灯，也能正常用；但是高德就一直红灯，执行npx -y @amap/amap-maps-mcp-server，又提示AMAP_MAPS_API_KEY environment variable is not set。

我尝试把我的配置json发给同事，他的电脑上2个百度&高德server都能启动。
所以推测我也是本地环境的问题，问cursor给了个解决方案，卸载再装

1. 环境准备
   npm uninstall -g @amap/amap-maps-mcp-server
   npm cache clean --force
2. 重新安装
   npm install -g @amap/amap-maps-mcp-server
   中间尝试了很多方案，但这个这个执行完一会，server就绿灯了
   我没怀疑文件权限的原因是，百度的server也是npx命令启动，那个好好的，暂时排除权限问题

你们都没说到重点，不成功的原因主要是高德申请的API种类，mcp选择web服务那个但是不要选js那个，js那个支持的工具比较少。另外Windows的加一句"command": "npx"
