Adapt chDB to support Pandas 3.0.0 #494
Description
Pandas has recently released its new version v3.0.0.
chDB requires adaptation to support scenarios involving string columns (and other related cases) in this new version.
Currently, chDB will throw errors directly when querying string columns in Pandas DataFrame (v3.0.0) without proper compatibility handling.
