Release Feedback and Local Execution

To gain initial feedback and test the release train, it would be great to ship the first set of successfully solved checks so far.

Additionally, this will help fix the issue with local failing executions — currently, the snapshot release cannot be found locally, making it difficult to work with rewrite without having to disable the org.checkstyle.CheckstyleAutoFix recipe.
