Intermittent extra jiggling #22
Description
I set a bone to jiggle on an armature that's animated, and it jiggles a little even when the armature isn't moving at all.
It seems like leftover momentum that isn't going away. As I increase stiffness, the jiggling stops faster, as expected. But it never completely stops. Every 5 frames or so, the bone twitches.
