Manually loading encrypted databags is missing from the docs

Chef::EncryptedDataBagItem.load() ... is missing from the data_bags docs, but does show up under recipes. (https://docs.chef.io/recipes.html)

Issue:
How to manually load secret should also be available on the https://docs.chef.io/data_bags.html
