On Ubuntu the httpd_config resource should create configuration files in sites-available #58
Description
On Ubuntu 14.04 the httpd_config resource creates configuration files in conf-available and symlinks in conf-enabled but should create those files in sites-available and sites-enabled.
The documentation for the httpd_config on https://supermarket.chef.io/cookbooks/httpd#httpd_config says:
The httpd_config resource is responsible for creating and deleting
site specific configuration files on the system.
