apt-chef doesn't understand ubuntu xenial

Scenario:

I'm trying to override the supported_codenames so that the logic for checking the lsb (values from lsb_release -a) will work.

The current list is very out-of-date and should be updated to include xenial.

Steps to Reproduce:

I expected to be able to change the supported_codenames attribute.

Expected Result:

I expected apt-chef to pick the correct codename for the sources_list.

Actual Result:

It always picks lucid.

The logic that auto-selects the default value should be moved into a library and used from the recipes.
