Update resources to use native chef-client resources #2
Description
When looking at the resources we are using bash resource over and over to manually do everything that is already found in native chef-client habitat resources for installing habitat and hab supervisor. Since the resources are also cross operating system (windows, linux, mac) compliant this can dramatically simplify CB and make it easier to read and maintain.
