Install XVFB

Steps to Reproduce:

create a package resource with name 'xvfb'

Expected Result:

Package 'CSWXvfb' gets install

Actual Result:

nothing gets installed because no candidate version is found.

I checked the code and compared with the 0.0.3 version and apparently the main difference is that, previously, the Package Name was (the parameter for pkgutil) was obtained from the pkgutil --parse -a execution, while on version 1.0.0 it is the same (with 'CSW' prepended) as the package resource name.

Is this still a problem in the 2.x line?

I'm not working on Solaris 10 environments (or Chef driven environments) anymore, so I cannot tell.
As long as the package name is not assumed to be CSW{package resource name}, and the package system is queried properly instead, it should be ok.
