Missing libvirt ARM 64 image for ubuntu-24.04

There is no ARM64 images for libvirt in any of the versions
Can it be added?

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of experience with Libvirt. I could use some help to get these builds to work or at least testing. They seem to build on my Mac but fail testing so I haven't uploaded any of them since I don't know if they are actually working. I know it's something with my system or the way the box is created into a vagrant box. When I try to bring it up in vagrant it fails rather quickly with a libvirt error. I think it's just my setup but haven't had the time to troubleshoot and fix it.

I've brought up vagrant and vagrant-libvirt on my Ubuntu aarch64 machine (which was a fight of it's own)
But I don't see the bento build instructions for libvirt provider
Should I use qemu?

Yes libvirt is just a wrapper tool for qemu. There isn't a packer libvert plugin so qemu will have to be used.

I'm also on an m2 mac and came looking for such an image. How can I help test this ?

EDIT: I've successfully set up vagrant with the vagrant-qemu plugin and can bring up other machines, e.g. cloud-image/ubuntu-24.04
