new bioassays plugin

Create a new version of the plugin bioassays that import not only actives molecules but also inactive, inconclusive and unspecified.
The new plugin needs to import the title, abstracts and sources, this informations are at source but they use SID which means that it is necessary to use the collection "substances" to get the CID related to the SIDs.
