Can we inject `here()` into an existing repo

@willingc had an idea that it would be cool to be able to point to a repo and have this package find all files in the `data/` directory, and then look through all the scripts + notebooks and modify where the `data/` files are used and auto-magically wrap a call to `here()` so things can persist.
