Clustered solution using InfluxDB 3 Core

Current behavior:
No InfluxDB 3 free clustered solution

Desired behavior:
A free InfluxDB 3 clustered solution

Use case:
I currently need to shard my data sets across multiple databases because I've reached the limits of vertical scalability. It would be terrific to have clustered solutions that allow me to distribute reads and writes across multiple nodes, and have actual HA.
