Write tests for `popola::gfx`

All deserialize operations should have a regular deserialize test and one that tests on an asm program

Need tests:
- `Palette`: deserialize and runtime
- `Tile`: deserialize and runtime
- `Tilemap`: deserialize and runtime
- `Sprite`: runtime
