Timestamp::kMicroSecondsPerSecond是否应该设置为int64_t？

类Timestamp的构造函数的形参为int64_t，
Timestamp::kMicroSecondsPerSecond类型为const int，
如果使用一个整型变量乘以Timestamp::kMicroSecondsPerSecond用以构造Timestamp时会导致整型溢出。
如TimeClient的例子：

1. 正确的做法是调用 Timestamp::fromUnixTime(time_t seconds_since_epoch)，而不是“用一个整型变量乘以Timestamp::kMicroSecondsPerSecond”。
2. TimeClient::onMessage() 是为了展示 peek + retrieve 的具体步骤，实际上 if 语句块的功能可以简化为：

time_t time = buf->readInt32();
Timestamp ts = Timestamp::fromUnixTime(time);
LOG_INFO << time << ", " << ts.toFormattedString();

3. 把 kMicroSecondsPerSecond 改成 int64_t 应该是无害的，欢迎提 PR。
