快捷发送命名窜行

描述一下这个bug / Describe the bug

本来是要修改65号快捷发送的命令名称为“WiFIScan”,结果61号名称也随之改变。目前未总结出规律，名称改变不是第一时间发生，而是稍后发生的。

多发送几次就出现了，而且其他编号也会出现
