Paper Importer stuck at "Importing paper..."

Hi,
I'm using the plugin regularly - and I like it very much.
I don't know why - it stopped working today.
When I try to import a paper, it gets stuck at the "Importing paper..." stage and never completes.
Details:

• Obsidian version: 1.11.7
• Paper Importer version: 1.5.0
• Operating system: Windows
• DOI/URL I tried importing: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2602.15777

It was working previously without issues.

I tried:

• Restarting Obsidian
• Disabling/enabling the plugin
• Updating Obsidian

Please let me know if I can provide logs or additional information.

Thanks for the feedback. I tried importing the paper you shared and didn’t run into any issues. It might be a network problem on your side that’s preventing the import. Just to double-check, are you able to download the paper directly from your browser?
