Can't focus 'add account' field after cancelling out of 'Delete account' confirmation

1. Go to 'Accounts' tab
2. Click 'Delete account' on an account that has no match history
3. Click 'Cancel' in the confirmation dialog
4. Try to focus the battletag field for the 'Add account' form

It won't focus, won't let you add a new account. 🤔 Noticed in 0.3.0.

Encountered this in Windows, couldn't reproduce in macOS.
