iOS: don't collapse keyboard + fix menu position

When tapping on the highlight menu the online keyboard is hidden, so your note text layout is changed and the highlight picker menu jumps from the middle to the bottom of the window.

Is it possible to either (or both):
- not hide the keyboard
- Anchor menu position to the highlighted text instead of to the keyboard
