[Feature Request] SprayMesh: Allow cleaning up and removing sprays.

Is your feature request related to a problem? If not, just put "N/A".
Currently sprays get stuck, if a client doesn't want to see sprays they can't remove them. Also if staff find a spray to be bad they can't remove it. Also if a player uses a spray and leaves it gets stuck on the server as well. So overall the removal of sprays would be amazing.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add a button to clear all sprays client side.
• Add an option in the menu to clear a specific spray and an option to remove via context menu.
• Add the same option but for staff where the spray would be removed for all players.

Also I would like to fork just SprayMesh is there any way I can do that without forking the entire repo?
It would be nice if the repo was separate tbh.

Thank you for the feedback, and apologies for the delay. I haven't been very active on Garry's Mod lately.

When it comes to removing sprays for staff/moderation purposes, I've intentionally excluded something like this so that server owners can code in/add their own commands for this. I put an example hook on the wiki that makes all players muted (via ULX) unable to place their sprays.

However in retrospect, this was probably a poor decision on my part--my thought process was that there shouldn't be any 'side channels' moderators can use, e.g. if I included moderation commands with this addon, they shouldn't be active if something like ULX is also installed; this addon should instead integrate with the ULX system directly. This also allows the addon to work properly with staff ranks e.g. if I manually coded it so only admins can remove sprays, but server owners that use ULX set it up to 'helpers' or simple 'moderators' and above should be able to clear sprays as well, the built-in commands wouldn't properly integrate with those ranks. There's also the issue of people who just want to host a simple server, but don't know how to code in a solution like this; they wouldn't be able to do anything about this problem.

But ULX is only one moderation solution out of many, I'm honestly not familiar with all of the ones server owners use (and some of them look like they're paid, which I don't want to pay money to add support for), meaning supporting most if not all moderation solutions becomes a very difficult task. Overall this probably isn't all that big of a deal, server owners who truly care about this sort of thing can find a way to make it work. Maybe I can add a config setting that lets them disable such built-in moderation commands.

TL;DR I'll look into adding built-in moderation support, and I've always planned to support ULX; but supporting other moderation solutions (especially paid ones) aren't priority right now (however, if you know a moderation system well and know how to code for it, I'm always open to pull requests).

When it comes to clearing sprays on the client-side, I'm curious: Are you moreso looking to hide sprays from a specific player, or just hide specific URLs? Or both? I'll probably add both, but I'd like to know what your use case is.
