Expose a token or API helper to read the previous active file's frontmatter (or its metadata) for use in capture/template formats.

Use case

When a macro creates or captures into a new note, it is useful to reuse metadata (for example, a project tag) from the note you were just in.

Notes

This can be done via user scripts today; a built-in token would simplify common workflows.
