Question: Does this still work in Angular 6 and how do we properly implement it

Hi, this is a question but I wanted to use this loading bar however I'm working in Angular 6. I noticed that this was created back when AngularJS was still a thing. I'm wondering if it is still compatible and if so, can we get an update on how to properly use this loading bar? especially in the app module file since that has changed significantly since AngularJS?
