My choices in default preprocessor are ignored

I set SCSS in settings: Editor -> Default Preprocessors, but each time when I open new tab, instead of SCSS I have default CSS pane.... (it seems that my choice is not saved properly)
The same is for HTML and JS settings
I'm using the newest version, 4.0.3 (extension for chrome) - I checked also web version, and there this problem also occurs

It's working fine in version 4.2.0 (both web app and extension)
