[Debug] SOC Memory Access via Access Memory Command

The core can only access ICCM, DCCM, and PIC. Can you add access to SOC memories via this command? We would like this feature to be configurable that way we can choose either:

1. System Bus Access
2. Abstract Access Memory Command
3. Both
