How To. copy to different VM

Hi, in my company we have to VMs with example 172.17.17.1 and 172.17.17.2 

The first is with V3 und the second is with version 4.6. How can i copy the files from 1 to 2 ? 
Or can i save them as a file and overwrite them manually in the second vm ?
