Add context menu for packing nuspec files #131
Description
Expected Behavior
Add a context menu to the explorer menu to allow users to select a directory containing nuspec files, or to select a nuspec file directory.
Current Behavior
No Context menu available.
Possible Solution
This context menu should then give the ability to run the pack command on the directory/file.
Context
Just a nice feature to have.
