Links within docs should use xref's instead of direct links #1264

Description

What You Are Seeing?

The Algolia indexing crawl is resulting in a number of pages being ignored because they are redirects. Further investigation found that these are all links in the style of https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/features/package-reducer instead of <Xref title="Package Reducer" value="package-reducer" />.

What is Expected?

There shouldn't be ignored results if possible. We should be using xrefs when cross linking.

How Did You Get This To Happen? (Steps to Reproduce)

Just let the Algolia index crawl happen.

Additional details

While this was discovered with the Algolia search, searching for https://docs.chocolatey.org in the repo can help identify locations that are not using xrefs.
