Invalidity Date added to the CRL

Hello,
while importing an existsing PKI in XCA, i imported also the CRLs to keep track of the revoked certificates.
and i noticed a change in the CRL, an extension 2.5.29.24 - Invalidity Date is added on the CRLs generated with XCA.
the issue is, since the previously revoked certificates don't have this extension, the value is set to:

Extensions: 1
    2.5.29.24: Flags = 0, Length = 11
    Invalidity Date:  1/1/10000 12:59 AM

Is there any way, to make this extension optional or remove it from the CRLs?
