1.3 and 1.4

I've decided to make 1.3 focus mostly on the tab/button group selection for multiple controllers, and the bypassing, since these both fairly visual, and I want to do a set of screenshots!

click to is now the main 1.4 feature.

@chrisgoringe I have a couple of questions:

1. Is it possible to add an option to remove scrollbars?
   I really don't like them, especially with multiple windows. I use mousewheel anyways and I don't need them.

2. When the "snap" feature will be implemented, what will happen to the corner handle?
   I would prefer to resize windows from the sides

1. Possibly 2. It’s not really that related to snap, but I hope to make the windows rescale on all edges (or at least right and bottom edges)
