select a bunch of nodes at one?

You can already:

• Select all the nodes you want
• Right-click on one of the nodes
• Include these nodes

easy way to remove one once added from the panel itself?

You can do the same but select "Don't include this node", or the new fastest way is ctrl+click on nodeblock header and select "Remove from controllers"
