Increase timeout for plugin compilation

Its been reported to me a few time for one of my plugin that they hit the 1 minute timeout that was set on plugin compilations Mico27/gbs-MetatilePlugin#5
This one can be particularly long to compile depending on scene size and the user's compilation speed.
Could we increment the timeout to something like 10 minutes?

Hi @Mico27 I've just pushed a change to increase the timeout to 10 minutes.

Another thing I've considered, but I'm hesitant to do this just yet is to introduce some concept of "Trusted Plugins".

The event compiler currently has two routes:

• Trusted - used by all the internal events, this just pretty much uses eval() to execute the code, the fast route. It has a level of sandboxing but I'm sure there are ways to break out of this in dangerous ways (read/write files, potentially network access etc)

• Untrusted - used by all plugins, uses a QuickJS sandbox in webassembly to process the plugin code, much slower but safer as the plugin can't break out of the sandbox

I'd considered adding something in settings that lets you specifically pick plugins you want to "trust" which would allow them use the faster path. My worry is though that someone enabling that without reviewing the code could end up opening an attack vector to their machine.

Previous versions of GB Studio used VM2 as the sandbox which was closer to the Trusted performance we have now (even internal events used it) but it the project was unmaintained for quite a while and contained security issues. I've just seen though that recently that it's been actively maintained again now and is no longer recommended to not be used. So after migrating everything to this new system, I'm not opposed to just switching back to VM2 for a future release if it improves plugin performance again.
