I am unable to installl this plugin successfully

I have added this plugin but its not showing anything in login form,

I updated your code examples to be formatted properly.

I'm not sure off the top of my head. I'm doing some Socialment work this week and I will dig through this in a day or two.

@mohandtharsha Have you tried creating a theme and adding the line the README mentions to add to that file?

Perhaps that is causing the issue?
