Description
Currently the tracker message is edited but the ID is stored only in memory, so restarting creates a new message, leaving the previous permanently in an old state. Also, the original tracker message is sent before the Christmas Eve countdown message, so the Santa Tracker is not the most recent message for most of the day. It should be resent (and the original deleted) after the countdown message.
