Items disappearing bugs

Hello, unfortunately we have three issues with this plugin on our server:

1. When you have a shulker in a chest and you open this shulker without taking it out from a chest and you put items into it after closing the chest, items from a shulker disappear.
2. When you put for instance a pickaxe to an anvil and a book you can enchant it without a problem, but if you don't exit anvil GUI and you open a shulker in your inventory and once again put this pickaxe into anvil it disappears
3. Taking out items from a shulker in a chest duplicates items.

Please help, because we can't live without your plugin 🙁
