Feature Request: Backup and Restore Documentation and UI Options

It would be very helpful to have documentation on the backup and restore process, specifically for handling cases of database failure.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to include a feature in the UI that allows for:

• Full database backup and restore
• User-level backup and restore (e.g. backing up or restoring data for individual users)

This would enable more granular recovery, avoiding the need to restore the entire database and potentially overwrite or wipe other users' data.

I'm currently doing a nightly scp of all the db-backup-* files. I assume this is enough to restore in case of server/database failure but it would be fantastic to get official confirmation that this would work.
